The new Focus ST

Dont know if this has already been discussed, if so sorry. Went to look at one with a mate who loves fast fords. We both thought it was a very lazy piece of work on the designers behalf, no where near "st" looking enough and they used the old style wheels. The only thing i liked was the interior, the seats were really comfortable and i liked the way the dash wraps round you. That is all.

No didnt drive it, he ended up buying a brand new Evo.

Ford are calling it a "global" car, so I assume it looks as dull as it does to appeal to the biggest number of people.

Maybe you should go and look at an Astra VXR, it looks a little more wild, it has a mechanical LSD, some clever front suspension thing similar to the RenaultSport Meganes/Focus RS and it has had good reviews from what I've read (apart from the PH massive who can't look past the badge or FWD).
