Help urgently needed to find a white or light blue VW Beetle

As the title says, my BIL currently has a white Beetle for wedding hire. Just put it in for its mot and it turns out the bulkhead has been bodged previously and now needs the body lifted off to repair properly....He's now faced with a 4k repair bill and about six bridzillas who have already booked her for weddings in the summer, who will take the news about the car with varying degrees of angstyness....can anyone recommend websites where he might find a replacement at reasonable money???
