New Reg company problems.

Anyone had a problem with the private plate company New Reg.
Bought some plates which cost £80 to transfer then, they found they had placed the old owners name on the transfer form as, i had just bought car.So, they charged me another £80 to change the name to mine and they would not go ahead with the plate unless i paid the extra £80 and i also paid the £26 to have a so called speedy service.
After many weeks they sent me the Reg form but, i still had to visit DVLA in Bristol to have the Reg placed on the car which, by now was 5 weeks after buying via their site as they were taking so long.
Is it me or does it always take so long and cost so much owing to New reg getting to wrong as this was my first time of buying a private plate from New Reg!
