Land Rovers are money pits, especially when they weren't modified in some divvy's garage.

The more appropriate question? What will be the therapy costs after you have sunk a hell of a lot into it to get it going? I have to join the current group consensus on this one, get a Suzuki instead

Don't do it! I saw that thing on its first outing at frickley when they had just built it. That was September 2010. It was a bit of a bodge job then, never mind 18 months of being nailed around that slag heap every weekend

The two that owned it were up all night the night before welding/ mastiking the thing together. It was a laugh but that's all. They were both also a bit 'cleatus', if you get my meaning, and when their pal rolled his classic rangie, the were running around trying to delete all our photos with the Reg plate on, presumably because it was a little less than legit
