What's with all the modern German cars?

I thought it was supposed to be a celebration of everything British and all the cars are either BMW, New Mini (I think I saw a 911), where are all the Range Rovers, Bentleys, and Astons?

Mere details but it's important ffs.

And before you say it I know they are all foreign owned but at least they are made here.

BMW are the official transport sponsor of the Olympics I think.

But yes, I do agree with you. We have flown the flag well to the rest of the world, shame that on the car front it was out-sourced (ie sold for revenue)

In all honesty, the cars were covered in 'newspapers', so the vast majority of people wouldn't have the slightest clue of what the cars actually are. My sister sitting over the other side of the room, not having a clue what I was on about commenting on the cars used hehe
