Spotted - Jaguar XJ220..!!

I was coming back from Birmingham with the Mrs tonight and on the M6 just south of Stoke in the outside lane, a pale blue/silver Jag XJ220 whizzes past!!!! Did anyone else on here spot it??

I've not seen one before (short of at a motor show in the 90's and never thought that they looked right. However in the metal on a slightly rainy motorway...it didn't half look bad. Especially from the back.

Unfortunately I was driving and my Mrs wasn't quite enough with my phone to take a pic. A nice spot though, I thought.

I overtook one on the M60 about 6 months ago, lovely thing. If I hadn't been in such a rush to where I was going I would have happily tucked in behind, turned the radio off and opened the window as I have done with a few other lovely machines I've chanced upon ( a delightful Bristol and A Lister XJS being two that spring to mind)

Yes, it struck me as quite a lovely thing - which I'd never thought before. Funny how some machines look different in the metal!
