Most Vauxhalls. I'm not sure why but they just don't even register. Even the new Astra GTC I saw on a ad this morning looks about as dull as you could ever imagine a car looking.

I also recently became aware of the launch of the Ford B-Max but after struggling with what, why and for whom, I fell asleep without caring.

Someone in my building has one of those, but he's Czech and it's Czech-registered. Has any British person actually BOUGHT one!?
There's a thread elsewhere on PH from someone who says "his friend" bought one (at considerable discount). He started a thread as the engine failed after 3 wks and it needs a new one!

More 'ordinary' car that I didn't recognise (actually a colleague in Paris had one) is the Ford Grand C Max. Perhaps there are loads of them around but I just can't recall seeing one in the UK at all - I wondered if Ford didn't sell it here, but it's on their website.

Yea I'm taking the piss. My post was stating my hatred towards French crap and how I ignore anything they release - I was trying to be clever. Evidently I failed miserably.

New Ferrari F12 (replacement for the 612 Scaglietti I think - I don't know, I've lost touch/interest clearly).
No, it's the 599 successor (2 seater). The FF is the 612 successor (4 seater).

See, I really don't know. But I used to lap this stuff up.

Does the 599 already need a successor? Seems like a very short model life.

Looks like the designer saw an old XH120 Jag, going backwards, ----& thought it looked kool.

The Ferrari 599 was launched in 2006 so with it being nearly seven years old it would appear that a new model was imminent. It suprises me at how quickly time goes. eek

You did - because that looks way better than a blando semi-sucked boiled TT.

Fair enough, but pug have done it 12 years too late. No matter how bland you think the TT is, I'm sure any manufacturer wishes they designed the TT, it's been a monumental success for Audi.

That's more down to the success of Audi as a designer label rather than the ability of the car....at least in Mk 1 guise. I'm sure Audi look at the sublime double bubble roof on the RCZ and wish they'd designed that too.

Recent Audi A4s, A6s and A8s. They all look the same.

I have trouble identifying the changes from one generation to the next.
