that must sound unbelievable with ITB's..!

My money would still be on the underground racing TT conversion, though.

Plus agreed on the comment above re aero packages - there's no WAY I'd fit a bodykit to a car like that unless I could see extensive wind tunnel and track testing.]

But then...how many cars like this are going to be driven at those sorts of speeds? I can't help feel it's all about bragging rites (rights?) at this stage..

Exhaust that weighs 3,4 kilos? Can't possibly be the entire exhaust line.

Horrid.
2/10 for the fact somewhere underneath all that crap there is still a Lamborghini.

If i had the money to buy something like this, i'd buy an Aventador and use the excess to commission a stylist to give it a pretty body (Like the Eric Clapton Ferrari idea).

This though, just yuck.

Engine power is impressive, if it does not explode. The styling is shocking.

It might. And with proper wheels.

Hmmm, I wonder if the tuners dyno is running on fairy dust? Mirroring other comments I'm pretty sure that the engineers would have left some "tuning" space for future models but 200bhp?

Plus, if and it's a mammoth "if" you truly found you're Aventador wanting, would you really take it this tuning house? I figure if you've got that sort of cash you can take it Lambo themselves and have them tinker on it for a bit.

Styling is a subjective thing but Lordy! just say no. I'd love to see what these guys would do to a 997 RS 4.0 smile extra 120 Bhp?

There is no way that is 3.5 kg even in titanium. Titanium is roughly just over half the weight of stainless steel.
Even Oakley design titanium claims 7 kg.
The stainless setup crossovers from more reputable people are 15 kg.
Best guess is it's more like 8-9 kg.

The whole car seems a bit iffy based on things that are clearly not true. Magically light and powerful.

So, take a cracking looking Car and try to make it look like a Corsa. No thanks, not if I had all the money in the world.hurl I'll take the 900hp and stay with the standard, stealthy body kit.bow

definitely a head-turner and top speed can't be far off a veyron I'd imagine. Wouldn't call it a thing of beauty though

All this talk about Dyno charts

i work in the Dyno industry, so i am going to throw down the Gauntlet

Bring me a car and I will Dyno it and publish the results

i will also dyno a std Aventador for comparison

Like most here I love the idea of the extra power (who wouldn't!), but the body-kit is truly horrid.

I reckon the quoted power increase is just about possible, but one would have to question it's durability or at the very least the service intervals it would require!

Having far too much time on my hands, and being not a little anal about such things, I've done a few calculations just to see roughly what the efficiency of similar engines are...

Standard Ferrari 458 (4.5 litre) quoted power:562BHP at 9000rpm

Which gives a BHP/litre/1000rpm of 13.88

Standard Lamborghini Aventador (6.5 litre)quoted power:690BHP at 8250rpm

Which gives a BHP/litre/1000rpm of 12.87

Assuming that a BHP/litre/1000rpm figure of 15.0 is just about achievable without sacrificing too much torque (most 1 litre superbikes can exceed 16.0 as standard - Formula 1 cars are in excess of 17.0 at present) I would estimate that the DMC tuned Aventador would have to make its maximum power at around 9200 rpm (!)

i.e. 900(BHP)/6.5(litres)/9200(rpm) gives 15.0.

The real question of course is: has DMC managed to safely make an engine that can rev (at least) 1000rpm higher than standard?

I, for one, would love to hear it used in anger...

I'd like to see a figure of a dyno run to prove these claimed outputs, seems a bit far fetched considering the mods
