Superficial doesn't mean cheap though!
Bodywork, never is cheap unless of course you can DIY, ime.theironduke said:
Is it just me or does a Jag X300 (or 308) in Sport trim and finished in black with cream cow interior just look so "right". I'm on the hunt and have looked at lots of colours but keep coming back to this combination...
Black is one of my least favourite colours on any Jag.Chrisw666 said:

You just need to find the right man. I've got a mechanic man and a bodywork man who both work for days on end for the price of a reasonable night out.

What? And have to explain to the good lady that I have to use expensive tradesmen? ;-)
I drink with a chap who owns a couple of body shops. He doesn't do restoration work as such but for modern stuff that needs new bits stick on and paint I can get jobs done at pretty close to cost. It's saved me quite a lot of money and NCB. JaymzDead said:

Surely 50% too expensive?
Sure it's expensive but it is a main dealer. It's cheap when compared to hexagon! Surely 50% too expensive?

Sitting at the station waiting for the loser cruiser, watching the cars go by...
The E34 is a fine looking car, isn't it? Such a simple design yet it still looks down its nose at everyone else.
Ditto the E32, but a 34 just rolled by.
Agreed. It's still got magnificent road presence. The E34 is a fine looking car, isn't it? Such a simple design yet it still looks down its nose at everyone else.

A 735iSE with the big M30 is the weapon.
Makes a belting noise too when you put the right hoof to the bulkhead...
