Looks like its been used for some kind of specialist, aggressive form of dogging.

Saw similar on an S2000 on sale on ebay. Was a write off at less than 2 years old - due to the interior and exterior & roof being vandalised by an ex! Mental.

They really went to town on it, paint stripper AND white paint (?) and a good amount of physical damage.

No doubt if caught, they'll have a jolly good criminal record, probably a prison sentence and the car owner will simply get a new car with his insurance. Not such a biggie for the victim.

Looks like the bloke really wasn't impressed about his lady playing away! Brake fluid, paint, smashed windows and slashed tyres... Ouch.

Poor car indeed!

Hypothetical question: if a person was found guilty in court of vandalising a car to the extent that it’s written off, would the insurance company concerned be able to peruse the guilty party for the cost of the replacement vehicle?

Because if you were unfortunate enough to have a nutter of an ex who’d do this sort of thing, it wouldn’t half be satisfying to see them many tens of thousands of pounds out of pocket!

(I’ve never had this happen to me BTW as I don’t play around).

That interior is akin to something Renault would have called a 'special edition' in the 90s.

Why take it out on the car?

Unless that's where the indiscretions took place?
