Ever since next door moved in there two pussys have decided to call my bonnet there new bed , two the point that paw marks are always on my car .Now iv kept the bds out of the garden ,by using a combination of that cat killer you put on the grass and trying to shoot the fkers of the fence with the paintball gun .

But i cant think of anything i can put on the cars other than a big dog .
i cant see the drive from the living room either .

Any ideas ?

Get a cheap waterproof car cover, smear it in something sticky on the bonnet area so that when they jump up they'll get filthy.

Mount one of these on a wall/fence nearby so the PIR sees the bonnet: http://www.bestpestcontrol.co.uk/ultrasonic-cat-de...

Well that's sane and reasonable.

Park an Elise on your drive, that's so much nicer to sleep on that they will leave your other cars alone.

Buy a VW, let the cats scratch the bonnet, let it rust, call it fashion.

I have a few how about we shoot paint balls at you?

If you were my next door neighbour I would be reporting you. I find highly unlikey they are damaging your car they are just using it (presuming thye are on the bonnet) to keep warm

cant help but think a big dog on a bonnet would do more damage than a cat?
Plus I cant think of a word low enough to describe a person who shoots paintballs at cats.
Buy a fking car cover - they're not rare or expensive, how did you not think of that - tt!
Failing that sell your car - I cant imagine what you're like as a driver... rolleyes

OP, there's a fantastic cat deterrent on the market, available from most DIY shops. It's called Nitromors. Just apply liberally all over your car and hey presto, you won't be concerned about pesky moggies any more! I sincerely hope your neighbours assist you with this...

You plank, you try to shoot a cat but miss purposely? ruining your fence, so if someone points and waves a gun at someone and fires a shot but purposely misses thats ok?
also what car have you got? - if its your P&J and you're so protective of the paint, then build a garage!!!

Don't think this is going quite the way the OP hoped it might laugh

Seriously, have you tried squirting water from a water pistol or squeezy bottle at them, cats are none too fond of water & in small(ish) quantities it doesn't do them (or your car) any harm.

A more realistic option would be to put comething next to your wipers that contains citrus of some sort - Orange/lemon/lime peel.

Apparantly cats dont like this so if you put some next to the wipers on the plastic bit it may deter them - once they realise they dont like it you might be able to stop putting it out and for them to avoid your car.

Our kitten licked the lemon cheesecake pot out when I had finished with it last night, surprised me as I always thought cats hated citrus!
