i saw a large puddle of water on the road on the way into work early this morning...!
i knew it would be a major aquaplaning hazard to other road users and it had to be dealt with, so i pulled over to take matters int o my own hands, i proceeded to lap up the offending killer water.

Thank god its all gone now, i do now feel a bit quezzy but i think it was worth it. i do hope i dont see any more killer puddles or i'll be forced to drink them too... maybe you could stop and pick up the said offending leaves, make them into a nice sandwich! nom nom. smile

Tube or three of Bostik and stick them back on. Use community service naughty people. That or turn the trees upside down.
Good thinking. That way we'll get to the root of the problem.

They could be my leaves. They were on my trees last night when I went to bed. I will send somebody over to collect them a bit later.

OP... quite right... Councils used to clear up leaves, our now have decided after swingeing Government cuts and the fact they have been good conservatives not to raise the council tax...that leaves can stay there so they can make sure granny has a roof over her head...

I live opposite many trees. I'm sweeping the damn things up almost all year round. They don't go in anyone else's drive just mine. Mrs nails says it's my fault for not putting gates up. I think the dole waster s should pick them up.

Could someone advise as to a good set of tyres for dealing with leaves? Should I buy two or four?
