Best cheapish motorsports/driving minicam

Hi guys, looking for a good but more importantly CHEAP camcorder to purchase. I'd like it for the odd track day/sunday drive etc. I am a student so of course the cost comes into it big time as i'd like to eat in the coming months. Sound quality is also quite important, even though i drive a vrs diesel, which arent that vocal would be great to hear what anyone thinks thanks
