Wow! Fantastic to see a manual, DK have certainly priced it 'exclusive', a 2007 F1 with that mileage would be around 100k?Perhaps Chris should have bought a Mk4 R32, would have had a chance of getting out of the grassy paddock with the Haldex four wheel drive !
After his recent article we know how much he would love it :-))
Never realised as he moved up the motoring journalistic ladder he would have to take up all the "country gentleman" pursuits. Golfing, shooting, fishing, green willies ( bet he wishes he had them on at the time) & off roading !
Obviously a multi purpose vehicle - a definite keeper.

The 599 GTB is a large, complex, relatively heavy and extremely powerful (brilliant) GT which was designed from the wheels up to use an F1 box.
A manual 599 is definitely a curiousity. But to pay any sort of premium for a stunning penthouse apartment with no lift just because it's unique is plain daft.
