Accelerated to block multiple pass attempts, did not move left unless overtaking, and moved into the lane of another vehicle ultimately causing the crash.

I seen it as he moved to the lane to undertake again and refused to move when the other car moved over then turned into him. Ether way, both should be banned.

Reading the video description it seems the camera car driver at least was banned, hopefully the other recieved similar, never understand how or why people get into stupid situations like that.
