So what is the point? Reply waisted.
You created your account yesterday, have nothing in your profile, and your only posts have been terse uninformative posts to this thread. Are you some kind of troll? How about giving us a bit of substance? A bit of information?

Sagaris is a great car. That's it. One of the best for price.
I know. I own one. And so does Don1. I seem to remember a company advertising a "new" Sagaris maybe 3 or 4 years ago, not sure it was UK based though
All you had to do was place a deposit. Sounds familiar
Maybe JASLEW, which happens to have Wales in the name as well, is touting this again by showing tempting pictures of what looks similar to a Saggy mould.
It seemed like a big scam last time so maybe nothing has changed.
Why sign up here and post a picture with no comment, then be rude to people who respond, doesn't seem like a person you would want to know or trust

Usually scams are from the monkeys

Nothing useful to add, but here's some photos from a visit to TVR in 2000.
Cool photos. And don't put yourself down - your post adds far more to the thread than any of the posts JASLEW has made.

The Sagaris was £50k when new and a Pagani was over £1 milion, if I remember correctly. Hardly a fair comparison.

Mocking someone for making a new Sagaris in pretty much the same way as they did is what I found a stretch.

The pagani c12 was £250,000, but my point was that you got what you paid for.
For sure. Not sure that anyone claimed otherwise.sisu said:

Well for a start, TVR still hold the rights so any such car would be at best an unlicensed knock-off. Plus we don't know what the pic was as it was posted without comment or explanation.
As I said earlier, if it is to make pattern part body panels then I'm all for it, if the quality is there.

you are wrong. Tvr has nothing.
So caterham that is better than a Lotus Seven is a replica or a better car? Sagaris is originaly fiber glass not carbon. So why look at a carbon sag...
It is not original...hahah
I'm sorry, I'm not following your logic. So caterham that is better than a Lotus Seven is a replica or a better car? Sagaris is originaly fiber glass not carbon. So why look at a carbon sag...

Is your argument 'because something looks the same, it is the same as the original'?
Because IP, counterfeits and the like would see you wrong.

I know this is a bit like calling the Queen Sax Coberg. But my own experience of a TVR Sagaris was that it was a 'kit car' not a Pagani level of build quality.
I remember going around mine, the shark vents not being cut out because Clarkson is an engineer. The glued in headlight covers being squif, the 'bonnet' being an afterthought, the gear knob getting hot, the fuel level dropping when you went around corners and mine was a good one.
Meeting up with other TVR owners and them being happy that they were able to solve these problems and pointing me in the direction of the Pistonheads forum as though they were the first ones to sight land.
If it is any conciliation the aircooled 911 scene is just as romantic about their cars and woe betide you question why they are 6 figure cars leaking oil like an old Land Rover.
The more Sagaris's I see on the road the better.

Paganis were originally more like £300k but they inflated the cost of new ones as the old ones started going up in price like McLaren F1's et al did.
Ok but even £300k is 6x more than £50k and one rather suspects that the early Zondas at that price may have been loss-leaders too. The obsessive attention to detail and build quality that Horatio Pagani demanded was well in excess of that original asking price and more commensurate with the prices they asked for the later models. Anyway, it's rather moot now as I think sisu and I found our common ground / agreement.

Given how off piste this thread has gone, I feel my following random contribution won’t offend people:Great photo. Literally the last thing I would’ve expected to see in a TVR workshop is a (living!) plant.
