Why wouldn't they? The JLR factory is now running 24/7 and is struggling to keep up with demand. The Evoque, new Range Rover, XF are all selling strongly, all over the world.

They need to build more cars, makes sense to build them nearer to where they will end up (and close by to that lovely new aluminium mill they have out there!)
