They trying to imply that the Subaru BRZ is better than sex and cures morning glory because she didnt want to know? lol

that advert was great spoilt a little by the helmet. why cant we have adverts like that here. At least its true about European H&S.

Cracking advert for the under advertised Subaru (compared to the GT86) and pretty much defines the car and, to a greater extent, driving to me. I'm sure I'm in the minority of people who enjoy going for a drive, or worse yet, go for drives without any real destination in mind but it's great to see we're catered for!

The missus sent me to the Tesco around the corner last year, I eventually ended up just North of Moffat some 60 miles from Edinburgh by "accident". I think we need a thread along the lines of "I once went out for some milk and...".

ETA, love this as well!

I once took my MIL out for a drive in the morning to buy fresh rolls while she was visiting from England. 'Karl, why are there red and white stripes in the corner?' she asked, as we entered ExMühle.

That will stay with me forever, that will biggrin

Lots of complaints - joking or otherwise - here about the driving, but to me the main point is that, as the article says, this style of car advertising is permitted in mainland Europe but our own wonderful nanny state rules forbid any such thing as a car being driven quickly, or for fun.

We may also have rules against showing heterosexual couples in bed, as that is reinforcing stereotypical views, but any excuse for a pretty blonde, no complaints from me ;-)

Great video. I'll take the car, the milk and the bedfellow, but in that specific order wink

Great video, great driving.

I suppose the "blonde" effect worked, since many posters have responded to that. More to the point, I think it underlines that the BRZ does go sideways.

Hell I want one (yes, yes, the blonde too)

By giving her warm milk. Obviously.

Enjoyed that, a lot.

The fun police at the ASA have a lot to answer for, the miserable bds.

After the "discussions" about the available performance from the GT86/BRZ and people missing the point, I am sure that everyone agrees with me that...

THAT TOASTER NEEDS MORE POWER.

He owns a dairy farm and a quarry. He'll probably get a hair transplant next.

Anyway, he's going to make good use of his warranty, and that's how it should be. smile

I don't know about you guys, but my trips to the shops pretty much always go like that...

... minus the crash helmet, I don't need one of those...

... and when I get home I immediately roger the fit blonde over the breakfast table.

I was discussing with a mate of mine last night about a mans love of his car, and how that specific car can be more important to you than any girlfriend / wife etc. This advert sums it up perfectly.

Oh and the bird would definitely get it.

He really needs a faster toaster

and he's clearly staying in some sort of hotel - no-one has small, wrapped packets of butter in their home do they!?!?

Unless they've stolen them from a hotel - with the dish - and the toaster!??!

Ho hum... Yet another Sub/Toyota video of their car "drifting" on gravel and mud. THAT IS NOT DRIFTING! Real drifting is where the car has sufficient power and diff lock to spin both its rears on a good surface, not just when its un-weighted or on the loose! My old Escort 1100L would do that...

FFS. You called it drifting!

It's sliding.
