I drive a Fiat 500 a few times a week (lift share with my girlfriend, so use both cars) and as far as super minis go it isn't bad at all. Style wise I don't think it is any different to a MINI/VW Beetle.

But then I drive an MX-5, so what do I know about blokes cars...

I think they are brilliant, of course any PH memeber would want the scorpion badge on his. We did let a guy out driving a pink soft top one once, I felt anyone forced to drive such a girlie OH's car while his was in for a service deserved a little help smile.
If you are being logical buy a Panda, LJK Setwright liked them.

I like them, stylish little car. I’m not particularly into fashionable clothes etc, but I wouldn’t mind having one on the drive/drive about in one.

It’s not a “girls” car. That’s like saying a Vauxhall VXR8 is an “Australian Mans” car, so no girl or British bloke should drive one without feeling like an Australian?!

Who actually cares what they look like driving around anyway, does joe public really give a stuff. Do I care people might not like my car. Not really. I do /end.

You can't be a very good accountant if all you can afford is a Seat Leon?

Sorry for picking on you there - But I was just proving a point.
People say they don't care, but they do really.

(I'm now crying because you don't appriciate modern classics)

I really like the baby blue with the softtop (like in the twinair promotion material).

Its quite feminine, but I think it is cool and would happily drive it.

Wife has an Abarth one....I steal it on a regular basis and doesn't cause me a thought being "seen" driving down town.

Cracking little cars...having put 40k on a panda 4x4 in 3 years I can't tell people enough how reliable small fiat's now are.

I drive a white and red one day in, day out. It does have company writing on it so isn't too bad!

lol, but that's the point - I don't care! I liked the car, always fancied one when they first came out. Old car gave up the ghost, got a good deal (accountant in me wink) so bought it.

besides - what do you think an accountant earns - I don't work in a bank! Mortgage, family et all means that was actually my budget!

Absolutely loved thrashing our little Abarth 500 around when we had it.

Used to see more blokes stopping and looking at it when it was parked up, than women.hehe

In this thread: 40 year old men who think they will be more sexy if they drive butch cars.

Almost no women care what car a bloke drives unless it's a ferrari and they're gold diggers. Only men care what car other men drive.

Our Abarth feels no more girly than the golf before it, the hyundai before that, or the ford before. Cracking little car *shrug*

Other than in an Abarth version, can the Fiat 500 ever be driven by a bloke and not look like Louie Spencer driving to a gay rights parade???

The missus wants to get one and from time to time now I find myself driving her car when she needs my A6 for horse duties. I like what the 500 stands for but cant get my head around driving one!! Someone please show me the light.............
Ha I have A6 Avant and missus has 500!
I find it great for little runs. Its just refreshing driving something different. Its not going to win any races but I love driving it even though its a bit of a squeeze. I do feel like Im sat on top of it as opposed to in it though! Ive never noticed any negative reaction, but I am incredibly powerfully built.... biggrin
hehe My wife and I also have an A6 Avant and a 500!

Love buzzing around in the little Fiat. Don't care what small-minded people think about its 'image' and whether it suits me... Jeez!
