Thanks for posting that video, I was aware of this story but had never heard of the Nürburgring judge and Sergeant Slow.

Prosecution and the police must have been foaming at the mouth with all the Not Guilty verdicts. LMAO.

took the gamble to argue if I had done this then all those cameras on the A9 would have recorded me, but they didn't. So either I didn't do it or your speed cameras don't work. And it was an argument the prosecution didn't want to get in to.

Probably something along the lines of legal to own but not legal to use in the UK? So if there's no evidence of usage, he's OK on that one.
