I had a GT turbo with a stripped interior and the boost turned up a bit, probably 160ish horsepower and it was very quick. They were, IRC, about 800kg? I'm pretty sure they're made of old biscuit tins and cardboard

I want that car quite badly.
Yes, inside of the door pocket was the door skin.

now that renault... cloud9 That would be a lot of fun, soooo much want, it brings back a lot very fond memories: I had a 1.0 campus (a slightly different green) as a first car: it was st but i loved it. Even that surprised a lot of people, but that was down to the immaturity/stupidity/commitment of the driver rather than them measly 59hp it produced. It would reach >110mph (on the speedo) with a long enough run up, although conditions needed to be right: it would struggle on a slight incline and head wind, you'd have to drop a gear to keep it above 60 laugh you'd need to stop that one taking off!

For the many that have struggled to 'get it' on this thread, see that Renault? That's it! So now you can take your remapped and delimited RS6 (but it's just an estate car though, how is it not a sleeper?) and stick it up your arse!

The wheels don’t say 700bhp, it’s brilliant.
No, but they do make you look twice. Then you notice the other things, is that splitter std, the polished intercooler pipes, bigger exhaust, brakes, NACA duct, etc. As said, not 700bhp worth though.

I think it's great though and only a few tweaks away from a true sleeper. Link to YouTube video of it -

That video is hilarious... even the owners reaction to it at full chat is a mix of sheer disbelief and panic!

I bet it’s awful to drive. Solid mounts are terrible on the road, I had one (of 3) on my car and had to take it off again, the vibration and harshness were unbearable.

Bet it’s quick though.

Yeah, solid mounts sound good when you are reading about them, normally look a bit sexy too...then you try and drive the car after fitting them biggrin

Looks fabulous though smile

Love that 5 - is it wrong that I like it even without the mad engine?

Mega, 11/10.

Although as said by someone else I bet those solid engine mounts are revolting on the road laugh

The chassis probably flexes and moves like an engine mount!

Very good, however only 9.5/10 due to "76mm side exit exhaust". Probably sounds great though.

It can't be seen on photos of either side of the car mind, so I'd let that slide.
