It would reach >110mph (on the speedo) with a long enough run up, although conditions needed to be right: it would struggle on a slight incline and head wind, you'd have to drop a gear to keep it above 60

No, but they do make you look twice. Then you notice the other things, is that splitter std, the polished intercooler pipes, bigger exhaust, brakes, NACA duct, etc. As said, not 700bhp worth though.
