Sad to see the end of what was an epic thread. But don't blame you for leaving HK!
Don't worry, we still have a crap load of photos that haven't been published here, and also my partner will be shooting for the time being. In fact my move back to the UK was a long time coming and unrelated to anything going on over there - just a coincidence.rupro said:

Followed! Thanks!
Thanks a lot! Strangely we have so few views from ppl in the UK despite the popularity of this thread here and the dreaded hashtags mostly being globally appropriate. The dark arts of social media are a strange and time draining pursuit...supacool1 said:
Amazing as always, Rupro. Enjoyed the bikes of HK, Some quality metal there.
Cheers! Glad you like the bikes too. Fun to shoot, if a lot harder.furrywoolyhatuk said:
What an eclectic mix of cool vehicles and great shots to boot.
Thanks! Glad you like them.Fantastic set of photos and its great to see so much exotica and individual cars out there on the roads, both in HK and London and on the track.
The driving enthusiast community in both countries is showing itself to be healthy despite the growing government opposition to such freedoms.

Haha! The old E-Class? It had a coat hanger for an aerial, but I didn't want to intrude too much on the two folk taking a smoking break for a shot.
No, I think the reference was the bronze/gold 4x4 monstrosity with the "classy" numberplate and beneath it was a lovely Heritage edition Defender 110. Miserablegit said:

Oh! Hahaha! Now I get you. Well, horses for courses I guess. Putting looks aside, that gold Merc sounds absolutely insane. I mean like Zeus with anger management issues.Well, I've been back in the UK exactly four months now, so I was happy to be able to finally get to the track to experience a proper event. It was the Castle Combe Spring Action Day '22 on Saturday, so I got myself roadside in the early hours and sat in a frosty ditch with the intention of getting some cars arriving - and arrive they did! After 2 full days of selection and editing, I'm sharing some of the highlights of the day both on and off the track below, with all the edited images at the following link:

If you know any of the drivers/owners, please feel free to drop them the link below. Maybe I snapped them - maybe you're one of them! Enjoy!
