Looks like a US plate, but they usually advertsise which state they are from. Where did you snap it?

It does look like a US plate but it also looks like it's been hand drawn with a blue felt tip.

Possibly somewhere in the Caribbean or Central/South America. It's absolutely not American, Canadian or Mexican.

My vote is for some small island... Possibly even somewhere in the South Pacific?
