Car Sale/change Dilemma

I'm in the process of selling my TVR T350t - she's near mint, has had a respray, recarpet and 4.3l engine rebuild all within the last 12 months and is in the classifieds.
I'm after swapping for an Audi R8 - most likely V10 as budget is 50-65k and having test driven both the V8 & V10 my mind was pretty much made up - until that is the sun came out at the weekend and I took the TVR out.
Now the main reason for selling is for something a touch more day to day - especially over winter when the TVR is just a car - ie/ not really fun to drive on the wet/greasy roads and also as I want something the wife will actually want to travel in if we go away, rather than have to use her car all the time - the R8 fits the bill of everyday (super)car pretty well.
Now I'm not too sure as I really am scared I'll miss the TVR, but then again if I don't do it how will I know?
Option 2 for me (and a lot cheaper than changing) is to buy a MINI Cooper S that we can both use, though the missus will want the convertible, for about 7k - something reasonably quick, fun, topless if we want it, useable all year round, I can leave in the supermarket without worrying about every trolley ding and that I can also take on track should I feel like it.
I guess my question is - what would you do? I know it's a nice dilemma to have but I really am confused as to what to do...
