I'd love that as cover for when I can't ride my bike, but I can't deal with the green!

Anyone for a Maestro, Lada or Fiat Tipo (I think from the photos)? A carpark in Edinburgh that closed 15 years ago and is now being redeveloped has been found to still have a few cars left behind whose original owners can't be traced so the developers are hoping to sell onto enthusiasts. If you fancy a blast from the past here's your chance:

I thought after years sitting in the same spot it would have been a puddle of rusty water.

It's amazing it isn't but then we are not seeing it close up. After 15 years it'll be so seized that the rust will be the only bit that moves. I'm amazed it hasn't been vandalised in that time. I wonder if the poor owner came back from holiday to find the car park nailed shut and it was easier to just buy a new car!

A Tipo and an Uno. When's the last time you saw one of each together?

Where are you getting Lada? It looks to me like two Maestros, a Tipo and an Uno

Blue one is a Maestro in that picture!

ION. Was talking with a friend last week who has just got a Hybrid 4x4 Lexus of some sort, she reminded me her first car when married was a new Tipo in 1989.

How peoples fortunes improve over the years!!

I think they are getting confused because one of the pictures shows 2 Fiats but one is a 3dr and the other a 5dr. Both an Uno though.

ETA: close up of the 3 door and what's left of a white Maestro

Both pics are an Uno and Meastro parked next to each other.

And the White Meastro has wheeltrims from a Cavalier.

Another day, another Saab 9-5 Aero HOT...

£595, MOT history looks good.

Full history and at 140k not especially high mileage. There's got to be a catch.

Love it. I had one just like it but 99 V in Black. Slightly higher mileage, approx 155k. Got for £600 a couple of years ago. Lovely car. Should have kept it! Slightly soulless engine but fast and comfy! Miss it.

A reliable 150mph for £600. What's not to like?

Got to the 155mph limiter in my £300 car on a ‘private’ road. Providing it’s maintained I don’t see why value should matter.
