Perhaps it's a misprint - 10.7 sec 0-6 seems more likely hehe
Yep!

Autotrader performance figures probably aren't too reliable!

Wow takes me back. There's two things about that interior, one great and one awful.

The seats look amazing, and I hope are as comfortable as they look. I love the look of them.
The dash, however, looks so bad. Especially around the dials. So dated.

I do have a soft spot for 800s though because I remember my friend's father, who seemed important as he was a bank manager, picking me up from cubs in his 820si and I was in awe at the slow fade interior lights and rear electric windows. Maybe it was coz I was young but I'm sure at the time the 800s were much more highly regarded than say the Carlton and the Granada.

That is fantastic! Would have to throw a VVC in there (ruining the time warp credentials) but would have huge fun for years to come!
it would wear off,, may sound like a good idea but they are old dated ste.
My mum had a mk1 en I learnt to drive and then a mk2 1.1 Metro and they were not half bad at the time - based on a mini so they didn't handle too badly.

I was amazed what I got away with in those two cars along with my dad's 1.6 Montero and 414 SLi. hehe

Have no idea whether the fault is as simple as suggested but looks quite smart and might interest somebody -

I just missed out on this - these C-max look a bargain if you need a decent sized car.

Nope! It was the wrong side of 200K miles. Plus I've still got a Volvo to sell! biggrin

71,000 miles and could be as little as £400

cant argue with that for a dog / tip wagon!

Very good. Looks like a genuine honest private sale.

Top spec too; heated seats and sunroof (though he doesn't list or mention the sunroof, so maybe it doesn't work).

Sub-500 quid 9-5 Aero HOT... what could possibly go wrong?

MOT history looks okay... ad isn't exactly brimming with info.

If it runs and has an MOT, can't go wrong with a sub 500 quid car that does 0 to 60 in 6.5s!

edit: it's an auto, so as per sotw, not as quick. still a lot of power.

I drive past that place most days with work and it looks like a decent independent Jag specialist. Might just be cheap as its high mileage and not a jag so they want rid. Quite tempted to have a look if its still there next week, although I probably dont need another car.

I have a 9-3 at the moment. Might stick it on FB and see if I can get £500 for it... Only a couple hours to Peterborough on the train...

my purchase last night - it doesn't exactly drive fantastically and the road noise is so bad I actually thought something was grinding until I went over a section of freshly replaced tarmac and the noise pretty much went, but with just over a year's MOT and £390 I thought it wasn't a bad buy while I build up the courage to join the bargists club:

for £90 it probably wont go wrong, if it does then you can fit blueprint parts.

when you go barging keep this and drop a B18 in there

Can't find the bit about the one lady owner from new ? Is it just me but whenever I see anything that says anything like that I get worried ? All those years of things only getting checked once a year at a service or when things break ?
