I think it's a Douglas Sprite which has a hand formed alloy body made by Peels Coachworks.

Not sure but theirs another pic with the reg so that's the car. Cant say Ive ever seen one before but it's a lovely little motor....

I think that is an inspired suggestion. The round wheel arches and sills suggest Sprite and the curved bodywork could well be WSM derived. That would be my bet. I second that therefore
