PH... Any chance you guys got a full picture of the Ogle Aston V8. I have not seen one of those since I was a kid in 1973. One of them used to turn up at certain motorsport events and at a lot of the offshore power boat meetings.

Voila

That's the unique long wheelbase V8 saloon in the background. Did you get any pictures per chance??

Zagato Centennial

I don´t understand... For a while Aston has been doing the same design over and over again, and then when they come up with something diffrent, graceful and sublime... They won´t sell them!?!?

I really, really hope, that this is just some twisted marketing ploy, and that they will build those designs in such numbers that I will someday be able to get one.

Hints of 80s 635 and what a smart car that is. Wat is it?

The Zagato's look fantastic!

Does anyone else think that the outgoing DBS is better looking than the new Vanquish? To me it just doesn;t have the presence an Aston should.

Was a awesome day, and Luton was a great stop off half way down for a cupper.

One of the best shows I have ever seen, just stunning Astons.

The only thing was I feel I still need to wait till I am 50+ to own one, and I will need to wear pink or coloured jeans.
Why did every owner look the same ?

I did wonder what was special about it!

I will need to check.

It's also in the background of this pic (which I believe is Prince Andrew's car):

Zagato Centennials. Just about every post in the thread, as well as the main article, mentions them.

Tragic that the Zagato Centennial specials will not be sold. They look sublime. I see a pleasing trace of Volvo P 1800 in them, along with the grander influences.
Agreed, I also like the Audi A6 front lights thumbup

I missed this, but "100 years of Aston" will be a feature at the Wilton Supercar Sunday on August 4th. I'm guessing it will be the same, or a very similar line up.

Unfortunately this lineup will never be repeated. Wilton should be good though.

That blue looks absolutely bonkers on the Aston.

One must admit: the late 50s to early 90s were THE period for Aston.

Amazing these cars are less appreciated compared to period Ferraris.

Anyone can come up with a story?
