I nearly took a punt on a Dedra Integrale about 5 years ago. I had a good natter with John Whalley and apparently the 4WD system is more primative (and a fraction of the cost in the replacement parts catalogue) than the Delta Integrale's.
It's only the rear diff which is different, non-Torsen, I think it's lockable too. I wouldn't mind a Dedra integrale if I could find one.Edited by Evoluzione on Friday 9th August 17:18
My mum had one for a few years in exactly that spec, same colour, same interior and with the small wing on the back. If it wasn't for the steering wheel I would have said that WAS my mum's car! My brother and I bought her a nice Momo wooden-rimmed jobbie that matched the interior better.
It was certainly a distinctive car, but I wouldn't say the shape has aged well. And of course those bigger wheels look better than the puny originals! The stance is just inherently wrong though; the sides bulge out over the wheels.
I seem to remember it was ok to run, but when it had too many niggling faults, it was traded in for an Alfa 156.

Once again...I think it's a shame to use a car that is so rare as a shed...things like this need to be preserved...sorry to be a bore.
It's more of a shame to see a car like this not used - museum exibits leave me cold and I'd much rather see any car used - sorryAnd the shed thing "it's not literally use as a shed" - garden tools and old bags of compost!!!
It has aged quite well from the exterior, not so for the interior...
I only remember that my mates dad brought one from abroad to one of the countries in East Europe and it was nicked from the garage rather quickish... He bought it back from the thieves though... It looked rather good back then... mid 90's.

We had one. A good car. Compact, great engine, good handling, much nicer interior than the rivals of the early 90s.
It was galvanised, durable and reliable.
UK prejudice, poor marketing and a dreadful name killed it off in this market, but it was a popular car across Europe. The Mk2 Delta of the late 90s was a hatchback one of these.
