No it proves that a chunk of Ph members have an irrational hatred for VAG
I had suspicions that MX5 owners didn't like VAG.

I can kind of get the VAG hate, in truth. It is irrational but somehow I empathise with it.

Liking VAG cars is a bit like watching Star Wars and supporting the Empire.

I understand the hate why not concentrate & make one marque great rather than five that are ordinary...

I like it. Few minor design things I don't like, but overall great car.

I'm biased though.

It looks like a pre-production model broke free and went straight to halfords.

As a Mk6 R owner i'm disappointed by the exhausts. Not only is it a carbon copy of what they've done with the S3, the centrally positioned twin-pipes were a styling signature of the Mk4, 5 and 6. So why not the 7?

Agree the wheels look too blingy; at odds with the rest of the Q-car looks.

Golf V R32 forever...

The last of the breed.
Agreed. I just couldn't spend £30k+ on a four pot (okay we spent £45k on one but it's partly a house...!).

I like Golfs a lot having had many but they don't do it for me now even with AWD. Loved my R32 though!

MK4 didn't have centrally positioned twin pipes, they were located one on either side.
