Are blue sidelights legal in the UK?

I sent an excessive amount of time putting them in yesterday, and didn't think while ordering them to be illegal, cause they're blue. Are they illegal?

I've seen these used often, but I've yet to see a car look good, or even slightly improved over standard with them in.
