Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful video, in fact as said earlier the best yet by far. Many thanks Chris, truly great stuff.
Despite the love for the F50 (and putting to rest some of the previous b*ll*cks that was written about it) if I had the money, it would HAVE to be the F40 for me.

Excellent to see iconic Ferraris driven the way they should be and on track 
I wonder how the FXX compares?
The F40 was one of the reasons why my track cars have no abs, no powered steering, are manual and above all light with lots of wonderful torque.
I can only hope that specialised supercars will start heading back towards the F40 for on track use.
Its almost a lost era compared the digital age of today's cars. As much as I love digital accuracy and repeatability, nothing beats a digital detox with a car that has almost all mechanical inputs and outputs.

You weren't the only one
Saying it influenced an entire generation of petrol heads is not over-stating it. Sadly I don't have a decent tape player + leads, or I would put it on my Dropbox for people to listen to. A big thanks to Mark Hales too, for both recordings. Much respect to Neil, Dave, Ben, and Mr Musial, for letting you tell the story and not flooding our ears with cheap musak, but instead letting the engines sing through.
When the call from Top Gear comes, just say no, okay? They won't allow you to make videos like that.

An Auto F40? - I think that would actually disappoint him greatly!You've completely missed the whole point of the F40 and why Chris loves it so much!: Nothing is done for you! - You have to do it all yourself, "old-school" style!
