Just in case you didn't know, the last DC2 registered in the UK was on a 51 plate, so there's plenty of later models after yours.
I didn't actually know UK Dc2s' were registered on a 51 plate, but is that then or now you mean that there are plenty of later models after mine? I've personally never seen a Dc2 in the metal on an X plate before, and certainly never a Y plate or 51 in all the years I've had them! Besides, an earlier example may have been registered after mine. If you know of any low miles 98 to 51 plate cars let me know, as I'll put in a bid to buy and use my current one over the winter months...

I had my example totally broadside Thursday night on my favourite private backroad; it would have shamed many a Chris Harris video. It wasn't intentional, I was enjoying pushing too hard into a tightening radius, but hats of the lsd pulled it back round into shape. It's probably too fast for the my mental notes of the traditional braking zones at the moment on that particular stretch. I'd say 10mph faster in most situations with the colder denser air of late mixed with BP ultimate. I thought I'd lost my rear anti-roll bar as the rear swung around. Probably a change of compound is in order with winter looming. Any other car would have met the greenery being 90deg broadside. I just kept going on a steady throttle, what - a - car. Reminded me of McRae at Chatsworth in his Legacy broadside. Never thought I'd be in the driving seat though.

You've got pretty much my 'ideal' stable.

Very encouraged to hear you rate the ITR even against such highly regarded company.

I can imagine 175 section tyres make Seven driving very entertaining!

I took my ITR to Bedford Autodrome and Pembrey recently (first times on track) and whilst certainly being no hero, I was surprised by how much pace it could carry, particularly on the brakes and into corners compared to what on paper should be comfortably quicker steers. The rebush has made it feel much better tied down, particularly at the rear.
The ITR is lovely, particularly given the level of practicality it offers and what it costs. As a driver's car it is no match for the other two by any stretch of the imagination. However, given it is over 300kg heavier than the Elise and fwd, it is much better than it should be...

I have just done 600 miles in mine this weekend and it was perfectly comfortable. They also respond very well to LFB given the diff.

Coming up to 9 years for me. Really want a VX220, but can't see myself selling the ITR.
Don't Trust me!

if you want a weekend only car then get the VX220.
I knew that I would regret it if I sold the Teg to buy the VX220, so I just waited another year to save my pennies so that I could afford it.

They do make a great two car garage.

The VX is going to be for sale in the spring frown should give you loads of time to save up and buy mine biggrin
