I get the feeling people just cut and paste "if only it came with a manual" into every thread?
It's had a manual for years, AML have canned it beccause they have a more suited option (according to the article) that most of the people want.
Do you guys whinging about a manual box delete the ABS, TC & servo brakes on your cars?
Are you running Cross-ply tyres?
Dont mind autos, quite like them in fact, thia is just the wrong autoI get the feeling people just cut and paste "if only it came with a manual" into every thread?

Drove a sportshift 4.7 V8. Liked the car but hated the gearbox. Nothing wrong with proper autos or DSG's, but these automated manuals feel like the interim technology they are, now sadly out dated.

I've driven the manual version of this and the gear lever is too far back (especially with the light weight seats) My V8VS has a derivative of this gearbox and it is far better than the manual!I get the feeling people just cut and paste "if only it came with a manual" into every thread?

I was disappointed when they started putting air in tyres.I get the feeling people just cut and paste "if only it came with a manual" into every thread?

Mercy! Considering the amount of gelt PH must generate, surely you people can afford a sub'??
For example, what is the following maelstrom of hamfisted cut 'n' paste actually trying to say?
PH:
"And, even if you have, the ability to trail the brakes with your left foot and pick up the throttle early with your right a two-pedal set-up allows means it's easy to dial this out, a Track mid-way DSC setting allowing you to exploit the short wheelbase and punchy torque delivery without expensive excursions into the undergrowth."

I rather suspect that there is a degree of unwarranted adulation in all corners of the motoring press, to ensure continued access to exotic press cars. Chris Harris is one of the few who is willing to be honest at all costs.I get the feeling people just cut and paste "if only it came with a manual" into every thread?

The new Vanquish is achingly beautiful. This however, isn't. Looks better in normal guise.
Each to their own and a bit of a surprise as you have owned an S2000 with nice clean linesTo me the Vanquish front lip makes it look like a bottom feeder and the interior is poorly resolved as well.
I'd rather take a face lifted DB9 (which still retains the simpler lines and niceer interior) and have it tweaked to Vanquish outputs

I didn't think the Vanquish looked that nice in the pictures, but in real life it's stunning! (and I also own an S2000) I've driven this one for a day:To me the Vanquish front lip makes it look like a bottom feeder and the interior is poorly resolved as well.

I don't see where the new part is in this car, at all?
So here's whats different to the outgoing V12VMechanically - intake, inlet manifold and ECU to give the extra ponies, Quicker rack from V8VS with speed sensitivity add, adaptive damping from Vanquish, Update version of ASM2 gearbox from V8VS, tweaked rear box from more noise and less weight
Cosmetically - new wheels new grill and some dodgy paint options
