A Z4 I didn't buy, Was I being unreasonable?

3 owner 2.5si from a main dealer. It had a PDI in december 2008, and it's first ever service at 19k miles in Dec 2012. To me that's too long between oil changes, despite the fact that the car has a service indicator. The only other service was done last month by the dealer selling it.

In other words, only one of the three owners ever took it for a service.

Dealer assured me that it wasn't a problem, but I bet it would be when I trade it in or sell it.

Thoughts appreciated.

It should have had a time bound service at 2 years, which looks like it was missed.

Agreed. You try finding one with black leather, heated seats, under 40k miles, fewer than 3 previous owners and a properly good history. Budget is £12k, prefer to spend £10k.

Could probably find a privately owned one, but not locally, so I'm after a main dealer car with the backup of a year's BMW warranty.

No hurry either, it will be a third car toy and tat Evans waiting to find the right one.

I did try but went for a 350Z convertible, black leather, heated seats, under 40k with a full history.
