You could get one for £10kish....... A new one is approximately £15k even with discount which is actually a huge increase in a relatively short space of time. Any amount of statistics can be shown to show whatever you want [/b] as inflation, etc is calculated in different was, etc but ultimately zig I went to buy a car today equivalent to what I purchased 4 years ago I'd have to pay 40-50% more.

Tbf this is also what you've done. I think the current Fiesta ST is a much larger step up in performance (a different "segment" if you like) compared to the old warm Fiesta ST than the gap between the old and new Clio, which both have 200hp for starters.

I am actually surprised the new Fiesta ST is so cheap.
