It's only 1880 wide at the back the front is a lot slimer.
We know. That's ok if you only want to park half way in the garage.

I was only addressing the poster above who said it isnt really that wide.

It is wide. Not a problem but it is wide,. It's very wide.
Is that the royal we Pesty?

I didnt say it was panned, but the headline says "We don't like: Stability-biased handling"... And they also say in the handling section, "But it doesn't have the most delicately balanced cornering manners or the most involving limit handling behaviour."

However for most of us that means that you're unlikely to get into serious trouble if you abuse the performance on offer!

What it will be quickest at is depreciation, but hey I've suffered that in the 997 TS, and enjoyed every minute tbh...smile

Yes and its too wide to throw down country roads.. ;-)
Yes I'm sure depreciation will be one of its major capabilities. Like you say though, never mind it's all part of the errr... fun. It may not be at the pinnacle of modern sports car handling but it's good enough for me and like the 997, massively capable at just about everything else. Are you in Herts by the way, or did I imagine that? Would be good to get some pictures of the 991 and 997 together. I was amazed how dinky the 997 looked compared to the 991 but they weren't side by side when I saw them.

Woa there that is massive are you sure., for example my house on wheels is 1882mm

Wouldn't bother me but that cannot be considered not wide.

Just to prove the point. And if you think it isn't wide I'd like to see you park my car in a typical space smile

Like I said wouldn't stop me buying one but narrow it ain't

Ok admit you have a point given the chrysler is a bloody big unit... But for me personally, in a world where almost any high end sports car is over 1900mm wide, by comparison the tts is relatively not that wide. I did add though the overall footprint of the car has a big impact on perceived width...
