Why not just PAINT it gold?

I know the previous owner of that, he has some rather tasty metal (SLS, E63 6.2, E63s 5.5, G63 AMG's etc) alongside a penchant for retro modified jap metal. He currently has a white R34 GTR which replaced the Supra, and although the modifications may be questionable, no expense is spared yes

Taken from the R32OC forum, he doesn't mention it's a cat D!

Was written off when barely 2 months old in 11/2006, so must have been pretty badly damaged!

Anything 'pretty badly damaged' won't be a Cat D. Cat-D is light damage. I don't think Cat-D is necessarily stated on the V5, so maybe the owner is unaware?

This just isn't true. Providing it was involved in an accident, on a 2 month old R32 it will have taken more than 'light damage' to write it off.

And:

"New Clutch & Dual Mass flywheel 6 months ago.."

"59000 miles"

Only 59k miles, yet already had a new clutch AND all that rust on the arches...

Makes you wonder if it's had a haircut....

Came across this.

I'd love to meet the type of people that would actually turn up to see a car like that, especially after reading a listing like that one.

Car isn't a horror but worth a mention for the utterly hopeless description and photos

Remember it is Haldex 4x4 so if he has been giving it some from the lights this will soon kill a clutch and DMF as they are the weaker wear point.

As it shows body repair, perhaps the parts rusting have been repaired or painted or were flexed to break the anti-perforation coating during the loss claim or even cheap repair panels.
