Looks archaic compared to the P1.
Funny, because I've always preferred Koenigsegg's over a lot of other stuff. I just think that, given the amount of money these things are, something truly bespoke is somehow a lot cooler. I know they're not as well developed, or as technically incredible, but you can't deny that they seem to put a lot of effort and a lot of good solid engineering in to making them.I honestly think, if you parked this and a P1 together in somewhere like Monaco or Dubai, the Koenigsegg would get more attention.
I think it looks glorious. The broad front end and the wrap around windscreen of Koenigseggs
I also think hypercar will suffice for now, otherwise we just keep inflating terms and we'll be on yotacars before we know it.
Although it is a megawatt, which is cool, but if it's a megacar then either it is <6.55 'ring time or the 918 is also a megacar, in which case the P1 and the LaFLaF are too.. and that.. thing Lamborghini made, vevuzala or whatever it was called.

So does this mean we have super cars that are now like hatchbacks buy whihc I mean lots of choices from different companies but that do all the same sort of thing
So you want to go super fast (tick any super car box)
You also want to be green (see porsche or Mclaren)
But you want a red car (see La Ferrari)
No you want Italian passion and one off designe (See Pagani)
You want a cheap fast super car (See Aventadoor)
You want to go faster than everyone else but also go to the shops (Veyron for you sir)
You want to go faster than everyone else all the time (See the Agera R)
Now substitue hot hatches in there and you have Golfs, ST's, Megans, Civics, A3's, and Kia's.
Funny back in the day if you wanted 200mph you had two choices both Italian and both mainly red (F40 or Diablo), same with a GTI either a Golf or a 205, now you can really oick an choose how you want your supercar, this is good but I suspect it makes the job of selling your million pound car much harder

Mind you though it will potentially hold 0-200 kmh, 0-300 kmh, 0-400 kmh, 0-200-0 kmh, 0-300-0 kmh, 0-400-0 kmh (and all derivatives), the top speed record (in theory at least) and possibly a ton of lap times... all in one car. The stopping power in the Agera was good for 300-0 kmh in 6.66 s and that particular car (pre MY2013) didn't have the carbon rims, controllable rake, air brake, cup tires or Koenigsegg's own in-house developed brakes. It must be an absolute monster on the track. If it can even keep a somewhat steady pace through the corners it will walk anything on the straight and have a much later braking point on top of it. If a formula one car held the same advantages over the rest of the field the regulations would change asap. I also think hypercar will suffice for now, otherwise we just keep inflating terms and we'll be on yotacars before we know it.

If it does what they say it does Megacar is perfectly ample thus imho. It is not "the new thing", but rather it's performance is very close to "the old thing", ie the Macca F1, in that it's top of the game in all areas. And no batteries were harmed in the making of this car. Instead of using e-motors they've made a flex fuel system that will take regular gas, E85 and race fuel. Plus Christian's new variable turbo patent that he's been hinting at for some time now.
He mentions the turbos here 12:25 in.

Think i read 2.2 Million and only 5 being made, but i could be wrong ?
7 including the mule. 3 for China and 3 for Europe. They should be able to lap it too because I don't think it'll be tied up in the development as much their Agera mule. For that matter, now that they've unleashed the beast we might see more of the Agera too. *fingers crossed*
