I spotted a stunning Lotus Carlton in Hampton Hargate on Saturday night!

Does anyone know the car/owner? I would love a closer look.

Gold wrap is an absolute mess as well, all crinkles and bubbles. Look at the left hand line in the bonnet, half way along - giant bubble.

I take it the paper has pixelated his plate to keep his anonymity..................................

Weird. They've pixelated the car of the driver they've named in the article, but the poor chap who was just driving past in his Golf estate (last picture) didn't get his plate pixelated - and is now facing questions from an angry wife, who wants to know just what exactly he was doing being spotted in Kensington when he was supposed to be off to B&Q to buy the paint for the spare bedroom.

I get the need to pixelate stuff in papers, as I'm sure the SAS and the Met's DPG don't really want their VRNs spread over the tabloids, but in stories like "Kick Boxer covers car in gold vinyl"? Why? He's been accused of no criminal wrongdoing, and anyone who wraps a car thus is surely courting publicity and attention? Meanwhile, the poor chap in the Golf genuinely might not want attention drawn to his location at that particular time. Either the press should publish everything unaltered, or disguise the identity of every car in a set of images. After all, all they are doing is publishing pictures taken in public places, which (for the moment at least) is not an offence in this country.

O/T - Sorry getmecoat

That sheddy 456... Was that not the one that was subject to a PH feature, and a PHer bought it? The cheapest 456 around? Also the enzo etc is chessington by the looks of it. The place is next door to my old office. I'm sure it's a good place but it always used to make me wince seeing all that exotica parked so insecurely on a road with lots of lorries and fking idiot taxi drivers flying past etc.

The PH'er 456 had a different reg. no and I'm also fairly sure he didn't live in Knightsbridge. It does look like it has been sat for a good few months though, shame.

Just seen around 12 Ferraris parked up at the Oyseter Catcher in Rhosneigr. 458's, 430, 599's and a few others too! Not sure if they're maybe doing something at Ty Croes for TV or press? No camera on me sadly.
Stratstone organised a day out for owners.

The TDF F12 Berlinetta is the HR Owen dealers demo car at the moment... though something tells me that it is a different colour as I think TDF is darker. I could be wrong though, could be the light.

your thinking of le Mans blue which is darker.

the 456gt in question in kns is owned by lets just say someone that is more into being flash than knowing or caring about cars, he also has a california (which he has someone drive for him). that says it all really
