Pretty sure it's a requirement in the UK laugh

Around half of US states don't require them, and cars do look better without them but the law's the law..

it's only a requirement on vehicles which have a specifically designed place for it to go. Not sure if there is one on a Veyron or not.

Pretty sure it's a requirement. I think the only exemption from a displaying a front plate (on a UK-registered car at least) is:

"In the case of a motor cycle or a motor tricycle which does not have a body of a type which is characteristic of the body of a four-wheeled vehicle—
(a) a registration plate must not be fixed on the front of a vehicle if it was first registered on or after 1st September 2001"

That one was in Manchester, it had a sticky plate on the front then.

Followed W1LEY today, black 2016 Mclaren 570s, near Settle.
Lovely car, and glorious sound, but attempted to do a very dodgy overtake.

Saw that broken down on the A34 a couple of weeks back. Looked a tad bizarre

Only noticed lack of plate afterwards - It was a bit of a shock as it's my first Veyron ( don't get to London much ) - quite a presence on the road and just managed to drop the window to hear the engine.

My son spotted it roughly where the red car was and luckily had his iPad to hand and he got 8 photos.

It looked like one of the local millionaires driving so it may be new to the area.

Why would you come to this thread if you get wound up by rich people?

There's also no link between someones net worth and their need to display number plates so not sure what he's getting at, I didn't run a front plate on my £500 MX5 for a while, does that mean people were looking at me thinking 'wow bet he's loaded, no front plate'??

One of my favourite Chelsea pubs is on the same road, he used to have a white 991 GT3. Cool numberplate.
