Have another Disco Volante,in a better colour, seen in Autoworld ,Brussels in January.
The coupes are common as muck (relatively). The Spyder is much less so.
After some light research ,I found figures of 8 coupes and 7 spyders...????

All built from 8Cs.

I must be missing a trick as I think the 8C is infinitely better looking than the DV.

Terribly fussy looking things, do nothing for me at all. 8C is so much nicer. Top spotting though.

I wouldn't say hideous myself, but definitely a step backwards from the 8C it's based on in my eyes.

Saw this at Goodwood on Sunday. Is it just a standard 911?
I checked the back, but no badges.

Looks like a Standard 911 with a sports design front bumper.

Haha, we see so many Limited Edition specials on here that we've all forgotten what a normal 911 looks like!

They're probably the most rare now. Quick, before the market realises! hehe

Glad I'm not alone thinking that

As an aside saw one of these today (same colour)

Noise-wise it did nothing for me - maybe audi are onto something with their 5 pot?

Having looked at the photos of the blue one, the wheel arches in particular look really awkward. I agree the 8C is a much nicer, far more cohesive design.
