For modern cars with the old smooth and curvy look, I like the Panoz Esperante.

Hmm that Panoz looks like a BMW Z8 has been hit with the ugly hammer at Zagato to me.http://www.car-wallpapers.ws/panoz/Panoz-Esperante...

To my eyes the Macca isn't exactly pretty either.
Oh how wonderful it must be to be able to worry about, or even simply discuss with first hand experience such wonderful machines and their respective merits.
I work hard for a living, have a good job, and a lifestyle that is a significant step up from my childhood, on the whole I'm pleased with my lot, but I will never, ever be able to afford to buy or run one of these cars. I doubt I will ever even sit behind the wheel of one, let alone point it down a satisfying snake of tarmac and open the throttle. This makes me feel a little bit sad if I am honest.
However, the fact that there are people out there that can afford them cheers me up quite a bit as it means that such things exist in real life. There are companies out there like McLaren who pay such attention to the minute details of handling, power delivery, driving sensation that those in the know can have debates about things that in the real world make utterly no difference whatsoever to anything other than racing drivers or pub bragging rights.
So all I can add to the conversation is that I think all these cars are fantastic, beautiful, and stir a real passion in me. The 650s Spider is no exception. In no way would I kick one out of bed for farting...
