This is mine…

I was going to move to a GP1, but have decided I need to scratch an Elise shaped itch (I’m an ex-Lotus engineer), so it will be up for sale shortly.

My little sweetie in its not that uncommon state. Pleased to say all the major issues have been worked through & it's powering through these days. Then again it ought to be, In my hands it's had a clutch, rear main seal, rings, valve stem oil seals, rod bearings, R56 brakes, full suspension refresh, replaced interior the list is nearly endless. It's more a hobby than a form of transport these days but I live for the supercharger whine.

I love my R53 JCW , I wanted to find one of the best examples I could find and was lucky enough to find this one , any repairs get sorted straight away as I plan to keep it for a looong time !
It was looked after very well for you by the first and second owners. wink

Love seeing it still being cherished and enjoyed. Interior still looks great as well, glad I specced the body coloured dash all those years ago.

I do miss my R53 I had as a road legal track car, I'm likely to buy another at some point in the not too distant future, I got my last one for £1000 I doubt i'll find another that cheap again

Only cars I’ve ever had them in were Ford RS Escorts and Fiesta’s sadly.

Like most 'interesting' cars I buy, they seem to double in value shortly after I sell them!

Still miss my GP.
