Bmw 6 series ... Why so cheap?
Discussion
I'll preface my post by saying I own an E39 528i and an E39 M5.
I have read all the comments about the 6 series and the great value they represent if you are feeling brave.
I however would punt towards a CL Merc if I was in the market for a classy 2 door coupe.
Just so much more presence

Agree with other comments re. styling. Plus, on any day of the week, how many people these days are looking for a (perceivably) thirsty petrol coupe?
Also, is 15k actually cheap? A quick search suggests that 2007 Audi V8 models like the S4 go for 10k or so.
I'd love a 645Ci, a friend of mine had one a few years ago and it was like a refined Burt Reynolds Trans Am, much fun!

The potential running costs/borkfactor of a CL would be far greater than those of a 6 I'd have thought.I have read all the comments about the 6 series and the great value they represent if you are feeling brave.
