What a bizarre thing to do... At least the workmanship looks good, it's just the design that's odd, the shapes at the front don't blend together at all.
Stuff like this based on an old Jap coupe makes some kind of sense to me. Based on an already interesting, exotic ish and £15k+ vehicle? Odd.
I guess he did due to Alfa using the 4200 platform and powertrain, guess that makes it a bit more authentic than a jap car . Stuff like this based on an old Jap coupe makes some kind of sense to me. Based on an already interesting, exotic ish and £15k+ vehicle? Odd.
Personally on the fence with it, kind of looks like a 8c, but has some strange angles. I think the time and money would have been better fitting 3200 boomerang tail lights. I do like the wheels though.

Anyone fancy a lovely Maserati 4200 messed around with to (supposedly!) resemble an Alfa 8C?
I actually don't mind the looks of the back - but why?!

I MUCH prefer the rear lights over the standard 4200 items tho. Not as slick as the boomerangs on the 3200, but still an improvementI actually don't mind the looks of the back - but why?!

I agree about the later tail-lights, they always looked like they were nicked from an early Fiesta or Astra.
I never liked the boomerangs though, they left too much dead space between the lamps and the boot lid.
