I don’t think it’s actually the wrong color, it looks to have had a full respray and it changes based on angles/light. Look at bottom of bumper and front edge of bonnet.

Not saying it looks good but I don’t think it’s a paint issue

That really is an eyeopener..

So its a finance repo - owned by someone that thought it was more important to get it wrapped, stick big wheels and a shonky wheel arch kit - than actually keep the payments up.

And within not too many years the engine has been swapped to something totally different as well!... slightly bonkers.

ETA - actually, is that one of those Rocket Bunny kits that was being discussed on here a few weeks back?.. and cost a mint! (just looks a bit shonky because its half hanging off)

Nope, most likely just some wonky fleabay arches.

It's strange to hear that's a repo, it looks shocking but if it turned out to be an ex-write off that someone had stuck some arches + wheels on, wrapped it and swapped in a BMW Straight 6 (albeit not an N54 I think?) to use for Drifting I wouldn't be all that surprised.
