Renault sold all 30 Rs inside the first day. I had 2 dealers offering me a car and I was waiting until I saw the car and had a run up the hill on Thursday. By then all the Rs had been sold.
Based on that sort of demand they won't drop much.
Think BMW 1M kind of residuals
You really think a hot hatch will be an appreciating asset & perform in the market as well as the 1M did? Dunno, maybe I just cant see it! Don't normally see hot hatches in that sort of light. Based on that sort of demand they won't drop much.

The current RS Megane is IMHO possibly the best hot hatch thats ever been made and this is the ultimate evolution. 300 of them, they'll drop a fair bit, 30 of them, always be in strong demand i think.
Bear in mind that R26R (which is more compromised than this is) with modest miles are no more than 3k under their new price which is pretty much the same as the 1M.
May be miles off though.

I bet these have either been snapped up by enthusiasts, so unlikely to come to market for a while. Or they've been grabbed by speculators who will want to sell them for a little more. With only 30 ever coming to this country these will be a rare old thing.
1M is a good comparison, but isn't there 450 of them in this country to put the availability into perspective?

Can I mention the 'ring briefly? Coming out of the Mini Karussell you could get fully on the power way in the corner and then as you bounce out of it with one wheel in the air the other one was still clawing at the track with no drop-off in traction or deflection off line.
Cheers,

Would be interested to know what differential it has - my understanding of conventional Torsen type differential was that they effectively act as an open differential once one sided is fully unloaded.Cheers,
