Great looking in the flesh, pictures don't give you a true picture on how large it is. This dwarfs a 3 series!

The new S63 AMG ad is great. Was subjected to it every 30 mins during goodwood Youtoob coverage...

does anybody in the uk have any experience with the central touch pad control thingy. Id imagine with most people being right handed , it would be quite awkward to use.

The rear, especially the lights do not look Mercedes, looks more like Audi.

Don't comment on thread like this very often but my word that's bloody lovely.

Very impressive.

Will it be available for about £1500 in ten years time?

Rear and profile looks very very nice indeed.

Front not as elegant as it could be.

Still ruddy epic though. LIKE!

i had a seat in one at goodwood festival. its a nice piece of kit and looks very pretty in real life. the pano roof is quite nice too. but it will tank in value... as some will know, the electronics are the weakest link in these big lux barges, speaking from experience both of the last CLs are riddled with problems once they are over 3 yrs old, things go wrong continously...

Nice looking car and loads of gadgets but as a big, two tonne, rear wheel drive, 2 door coupe I can't help feeling it's a dinosaur already.

Not just a Laguna, it's been in the photocopier on about 150% by the look of it!

Great looking car, sounds like a brilliant trans-continental wafter too.

The "lesser" model is more attractive than the S63.

Like most Mercs, a much nicer car to sit in than to look at.

Looks a bit "Emerging markets bling" to me though.

Still, I'll never be in the market for an S-Klasse coupe, so I guess they know their market.

Only if it's been in an accident... The Laguna coupe's much better looking (shame no-one ever bought one!)

Which no-one cares about - how many Renault Laguna coupe's have you ever seen on the road?

Does the Happy End massage function really make sense for the average age of the customer base?

Crikey. Thats a new addition to the options list.

Does the sat nav voice speak to you in a disciplinarian German accent as it massages?

Best car optional extra ever.

The Laguna coupe is a far cleaner and more coherent design. What is the obsession of German manufacturers with these deep creases down the sides?

Having said that, it is probably the nicest looking Merc at the mo.
