My arse, replaced the bumper on my other halfs Z3 and the local recycle centre won't touch the old one and the council won't collect, I can see why people fly tip now

What's wrong with taking it to a normal tip?

Local tips are now 'recycling centres', at least they are here in Surrey/Hants.

They won't touch anything remotely out of the ordinary!

Go to a different recycling centre. I have dumped car doors, bonnets, bumpers etc at my local one without them batting an eyelid!

If they're adamant, cut it up, stick it in a bin bag and file it under "general non-recyclable".
